On the free plan, passing the daily request limit stops serving for the rest of that day and opens again the next day. It stops rather than bills.
When there are no requests, execution stops, and a new request starts it back up automatically. Even after a long idle period, you never have to restart anything yourself. See Stop and resume for details.
Pro
$19 per month. Billed per organization — the price does not change with the number of people or projects.

The 150MB database size cap is the same on every plan — it comes from what an hourly backup costs, not from the plan (The 150 MB size cap).
Going past what is included
Everything up to the included amounts is covered by the flat price; above that, you pay for what you use. Spending limits are on by default, so reaching one sends you a notice before it grows your bill.
A project you are not using costs nothing extra. While execution is stopped, the only thing that remains is the data you stored.
